Executive director of ZEPPELIN Inc., Ryoko Torigoe worked with founder Kohei Torigoe since the time of its establishment to expand its business in UX and UI development. Not only does she participate in managerial duties; as Creative Director, she is involved in all of ZEPPELIN's design work, from UX concept creation to front-end (UI / GUI).
Ryoko Torigoe was also involved in the design direction of all the screens for the renewal of NTT Docomo's core application, "Shabette Concier". Constructing the UX and UI by reading into the users' basic wants for an interactive experience, it is set apart from other voice recognition apps as it allows its users to have a conversation with their favorite character. Focusing on that UX, the UI was designed, contributing to the improvement of the UX in the renewal.
